Here are some recipes and tips for our organic- and natural olives

Our olives come from the North Portuguese province "Tras os Montes" and have ripened only in pure brine.
So you can water our olives yourself, depending on your gusto and marinade them arbitrarily with different spices.

Olives Provencal

Ingredients:
400-500 g olives
3 cloves of minced garlic
some vinegar (balsamic)
40 ml cold-pressed olive oil

Olives Mediterranean

Ingredients:
400-500 g olives
fresh minced thyme
1/2 teaspoon of fennel seeds
some vinegar (balsamic)
30 ml cold-pressed olive oil

Arabian olives

Ingredients:
400-500 g olives
30 g harrisa ( spicy peperoni paste)
some kibbled cumin
1 clove of fine minced garlic
30 ml cold-pressed olive oil
